Half bottle. Belaire Rose is handcrafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes selected for their vibrant, fresh character. Each of these three grapes adds something special to the wine. The Grenache gives body, warmth and hints of blackberry and blackcurrant. The Cinsault adds aromatic cherry blossom on the nose, finesse, and a supple texture to the finish. And the Syrah accounts for Belaire Rose's beautiful colour and provides roundness and a toasty richness to the wine. The wine is carefully aged before release. The blend is imbued with a delightful effervescence that results in a beautiful, deep red sparkling Rosé with aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant. A final liqueur de dosage addition of 100% Syrah adds a slight sweet nuance, resulting in a perfect harmony of aroma, taste, body, and finish. |
