Belsazar Dry Vermouth is a classic dry vermouth. It has aromas of jaffa cake filling, dried apricots, honey and white grapes, together with orange zest and cinnamon. A dry and slightly bitter quinine-like taste, with touches of coriander, bitter oranges, lemon zest and soothing camomile. The finish is bitter from the wormwood, with notes of warming spices. Belsazar Vermouths are produced using wines from the Black Forest region in South Baden, Germany. Fortified with fruit brandy, and the added herbal infusion from wormwood, give it added complexity.
