Sec Champagne

Sec is French word for dry. This dry style of champagne has a sugar level of between 12 and 17 grams of sugar per litre. That's slightly higher than the most popular style which is Brut. Sec champagnes work well accompanying foods such as white meat dishes, grilled fish, pasta in light sauces and also mild cheeses.
