Schnapps

Schnapps has for centuries referred to a broad range of drinks, though in Europe typically referred to drinks similar to fruit brandies, distilled from a range of different sweet fruits. Schnapps will sometimes refer to a herbal liqueur, and more modern interpretations of the drink may infuse the spirit with other spice flavours.
