Bibere Sprizzato was created in 2011 in Italy by the Priante family, who have been involved in the restaurant and wine trades in Italy's Veneto region for five generations. Michele Priante worked with a master distiller from Padua to recreate the recipe for a bitter orange liqueur which had always been a favourite of his grandfather. It is in his memory that Bibere Sprizzato aperitif was created.
