Dooley's Toffee Liqueur was created in Denmark in 1999 when Rudiger Behn and his wife were enjoying a holiday with Danish friends. Talking about creating unique spirits, they got to experimenting with new flavours. Inspiration came from the toffee candy on the table and they set about creating an unforgettable liqueur.
Since that fateful holiday, the Behns worked to refine the Dooley's recipe, sourcing the finest ingredients: Toffee from Belgium, cream from the Netherlands and a premium quality vodka. Dooley's can now be found worldwide, and is the most awarded cream liqueur available.
