Kokoro is a London Dry Gin that's distilled with eight botanicals and fresh Sansho berries. The berries are imported from sustainable sources in the Afan Woodland of Nagano prefecture, Japan. Sansho berries are used widely in Japanese cuisine. They have distinctly earthy black pepper flavour and a piney citrus aftertaste. Kokoro has a sweet yet peppery juniper flavour, this follows through with subtle spice and citrus-like notes. It has a zesty orange, piney juniper and a hint of mild black pepper on the finish.
