Manchester Gin is the creation of Jen Wiggins and Seb Heeley who met in a Manchester bar and instantly bonded over their love of gin and tonics. Sharing a dream of starting a business together, they fortuitously met a man who taught them the fundamentals of making gin. From that day forth they set to work on the process of crafting their own.
The gins are distilled in a small 60l column-still named 'Wendy' after Jen's mother. Though the still may be small, it utilises a 'copper cloud' to increase the alcohol contact with copper resulting in superbly smooth spirit.
