St Lucia Distillers
The St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies was born out of an amalgamation of distilleries based on sugarcane plantations owned by the Barnard and Geest families on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. Once upon a time, every plantation in the region would have had its own rum production, but when St Lucia Distillers formed in 1972, it became the only remaining distillery on the island.
St Lucia Distillers operate both continuous and pot stills, which each produce their own distinct rums. Master Blenders can then draw on these different flavours to produce a wide range of rums.
