Yamazakura Blended Whisky is produced by Japan's Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery. This blend comprises four different malt whiskies as well as grain. A deep amber colour. On the nose, lightly smoky aromas with hints of fruit, elderflower and butterscotch. A light and slightly oily palate, flavours of apple and pear, vanilla and a little saltiness. A moderately long finish with a distinct vanilla note. |
