The first ever zero dosage (sugar-free) rose available in the market. In the glass it has an attractive pinkish hue with a hint of copper and a delicate mousse. The nose is lively with heavy yeasty notes and hints of morello cherries and wild strawberries. This cuvee is made from 55% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir with an addition of 8% still red wine (Pinot Noir) from Mareuil sur Aÿ. The great harvest of 2002 is the base of this cuvée which is presented without any "dosage". Ayala is owned by the Bollinger Champagne House.
