Chase Original English Potato Vodka is a field-to-bottle vodka that emphasises full control over raw materials and production. Made by Chase Distillery, it is distilled from potatoes grown on the distillery's own farm, rather than using grain or externally sourced spirit. This approach allows every stage - from cultivation to distillation - to be managed in-house, giving the vodka a clearly defined origin.
The spirit is distilled in copper pot stills and then rectified through a column to refine it, combining traditional and modern methods. This production style is designed to retain more texture than highly neutral industrial vodkas, while still achieving a clean final product. As one of the original releases from the distillery, it helped establish Chase as a producer focused on provenance and small-batch methods, positioning it within a more craft-oriented segment of the vodka category.
