The three grape blend remains, but the way it comes across is more unified than contrasted. Citrus and apple are still present, yet they feel less sharp, sitting alongside riper orchard fruit and a faint hint of stone fruit, which gives the wine a broader opening. As it develops, the profile does not shift dramatically, but instead deepens. A light pastry note and a gentle toasted edge begin to appear, not as a separate layer, but as part of the same flow, adding weight without interrupting the line of the wine.
There is still structure running underneath, but it feels more settled and less exposed than in earlier iterations. It supports the wine quietly, allowing the fruit to carry most of the expression. Texture plays an important role here. The mousse is fine, and the mid palate has a slightly fuller feel, giving the wine more presence without pushing it into richness. Overall, this release leans a little more toward depth than energy, while still maintaining the balance and clarity that defines the Collection range.
