Add the ingredients with ice cubes into a shaker. SHAKE and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. You can make a wonderful frosting for the rim of the glass. Slice several maraschino cherries 1/4 inch thick and bake them until dry and crisp. Pulverize them to a powder with a mortar and pestle. Wet the outer rim of the cocktail glass with an orange slice. Touch the rim of the glass into the powered cherries.
