Ingredients:
25ml Volare Cherry Brandy
12.5ml Briottet Creme de Cacao White
50ml Double Cream
The Dusty Rose cocktail is a delightful blend of cherry brandy, white crème de cacao, and double cream, offering a rich and indulgent experience. This elegant drink is perfect for special occasions or as a luxurious treat.

Method:
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add 25ml of Cherry Brandy.
  3. Pour in 12.5ml of Crème de Cacao White.
  4. Add 50ml of double cream.
  5. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  6. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

For an added touch of sophistication, try frosting the rim of the glass with cherry powder:

  1. Slice several maraschino cherries into ¼-inch thick pieces.
  2. Bake them until dry and crisp.
  3. Pulverize the dried cherries into a powder using a mortar and pestle.

  5. Dip the rim into the cherry powder to coat.
