Ingredients:
25ml Whitley Neill Gin
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
55ml Laurent Perrier Ultra Brut NV Champagne in Branded Box
Add all the ingredients except the champagne into a cocktail shaker with ice. SHAKE vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top up with the Laurent Perrier Ultra Brut NV Champagne. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
