Ingredients:
40ml Torres 10 Gran Reserva Imperial Brandy
20ml Briottet Creme de Menthe Blanc (White Mint)
Pour the brandy, followed by the white creme de menthe over ice in a rocks glass. STIR and serve with a stirrer.

Served straight-up in the pre-prohibition days. This cocktail is often requested on the rocks in an rocks glass. A pleasant after-dinner drink - the brandy and the creme de menthe act together as a soothing digestive.
