Description

Description:

In this smaller format, the wine is geared toward immediate enjoyment, and that shows in how quickly it opens and how clearly the fruit presents itself, with very little need for time in the glass before it feels complete. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier is shaped here to emphasise red fruit, so from the first moment you get strawberry, raspberry, and a soft cherry note, supported by a light citrus lift that keeps the profile from feeling too broad. Because of the size, everything feels a bit more direct. The fruit arrives quickly and stays consistent, without much layering or gradual development, which gives the wine a straightforward and easy going character.

As it sits, there is a slight secondary note that comes through, with a hint of pastry and a faint floral tone, but these remain subtle and do not shift the overall direction of the wine. The structure is present but softened, allowing the wine to feel smooth and rounded rather than defined by tension, which makes it particularly approachable. Texture follows the same idea, with fine bubbles and a gentle, even flow across the palate, keeping the experience light and accessible. Overall, this format highlights the wine’s fruit driven side, presenting it in a way that feels immediate, open, and easy to enjoy.
