Montipagano is produced by Umani Ronchi, who have produced superb wines in the Italian regions of Marche and Abruzzo since 1959. The winery has always strived for innovation, utilising 200 hectares of vineyards nestled between the hills and draped along the coasts to develop cutting-edge winemaking techniques, investing in established grape varieties, while also working to recover older ones.

Umani Ronchi's vineyards are all farmed organically, partly for ideological reasons, but primarily simply because a balance in nature and a rich biodiversity allows for the best viticulture, and ultimately, the highest quality wines.
