Mozart Distillerie, based in Salzburg, Austria has for over 50 years been a maker of the finest chocolate liqueurs. Rather than adding flavours or extracts to spirit to create their liqueurs, Mozart is made with a genuine cocoa macerate using two varieties of cocoa grown especially for Mozart.
In addition to this, Mozart undergoes a special process that no other spirit does. Based on a theory by a Japanese scientist that liquids can retain information, the company plays Mozart's String Quartet No. 2 in D major through speakers at the spirit for 24 hours before bottling. They call this process "soundmilling", and whether you believe it or not, it makes Mozart exceptionally unique.
