A miniature bottle of Sharish Blue Magic Gin. A gin unlike any other. The blue colour of the gin is derived from a flower known as the Asian Pigeonwing. When tonic is added, the acidity of the mixer transforms this blue colour into a light pink instead. The botanicals in this gin are all locally sourced from the Alentejo region of Portugal, including the local speciality Bravo de Esmolfe apples, fresh orange and lemon peel, lemon verbena and other more traditional botanicals. The resulting gin is smooth and fruity with a little spiciness. A delicious gin in its own right, but a must-have to delight guests with its dazzling transformative properties.
