30&40 Double Jus Aperitif is a young and fruity apple brandy with woody spices on the nose. Smooth and complex on the palate, reminiscent of baked apple, tarte tatin, and hints of caramel. There's notes of vanilla with a natural apple bitterness. It has a round and markedly long finish.
