Produced in Ahus by Absolut, Absolut Elyx is a single-estate vodka made exclusively from winter wheat grown on the Råbelöf estate. It represents the luxury tier of the Absolut portfolio, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and traditional production methods. The spirit is distilled in vintage copper column stills from the early 20th century, a process that contributes to its notably smooth and refined character.
Unlike standard vodkas designed purely for neutrality, Elyx is crafted to retain a degree of texture and flavour, offering a richer, more characterful profile. The Magnum (1.75L) format is ideal for premium service and presentation, with the larger volume also lending itself to slower oxidation once opened. Positioned firmly in the premium category, it is widely used both for high-end cocktails and for sipping neat or over ice.
