Avion Silver Tequila is the unaged expression in the range, designed to present the distillery's core spirit without the influence of oak maturation. Produced by Avion Tequila in the highlands of Jalisco, it is made from 100% blue Weber agave that is slow-roasted and distilled using traditional methods. After distillation, it is rested briefly before bottling to allow the spirit to settle while remaining within the blanco category. This expression forms the foundation of the Avion lineup, with the same base spirit later used for the reposado and añejo releases. The production focuses on agave quality and careful distillation, as there is no extended ageing to shape or soften the spirit. It is positioned as a versatile tequila, suitable for both sipping and mixing, and reflects a style that prioritises clarity and a direct expression of the raw ingredient.
