Bacur Gin is now available in the UK in the 70cl format. It's the first gin to be produced by the famed and historic Italian grappa distillers, Bottega. The botanicals used include juniper, myrtle, sage and lemon zest, with the ingredients sourced directly from the nearby Veneto region surrounding the distillery. A juniper-forward expression balanced with notes of herbs, spice and citrus. In a G&T it is best served with a neutral tonic and garnished with juniper berries and a sprig of sage. Alternatively, it can be served with ginger beer and a slice of cucumber.
