Maceration of the fruit is done in a strictly controlled environment. The opening is one of ripe vine fruits and concentrated blackcurrants. This then evolves into a deeply satisfying full aroma and a slight hint of green spice. It's silky, voluptuous and ripe to begin, and with a lingering viscosity and long concentrated flavour.
