Burnt Faith Brandy is the UK's first brandy house to age, blend and bottle in Britain. Burnt Faith is based at Walthamstow, London. The brandy is made from a combination of Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Blanc grapes. These are then distilled and aged in a combination of four types of casks including Bourbon, Cognac, Cherry Liqueur and Pineau des Charentes. The result is a brandy with aromas of fresh oranges and strawberries. The palate shows notes of caramel, buttery crumpets and marmalade. On the finish, there's hints of milk chocolate and cherry cola. |
