Cambridge Dry Gin is crisp, clean and zesty with citrus and fruity blackcurrant notes. Both Elegant and rounded, with floral and spice flavours coming to the fore with the addition of tonic.
As with all Cambridge Distillery Gin gins, each botanical is distilled separately, in volumes of less than 2 litres, under vacuum to preserve the fresh qualities. Created from locally foraged botanicals, with some grown in the distillery garden. The base note of Macedonian juniper is complimented by local botanicals such as lemon verbena, angelica seed, blackcurrant leaf, basil, rosemary, and flower petals from roses and violets.
