Cambridge Truffle Gin combines elegance with decadence, Truffle Gin is the ultimate indulgence. White truffles are vacuum distilled, one litre at a time. These fine white truffles are sourced from Alba in Piemonte, they are gram-for-gram more expensive than gold. These are then blended with Macedonian Juniper and a number of other secret botanicals, to create this perfectly balanced gin. As with all of the Cambridge Distillery gins each botanical is individually distilled, in volumes of less than 2 litres at a time, under vacuum to preserve the fresh qualities. Every part in the production process is carefully undertaken by hand with great attention to detail. |
