Cenote Blanco Tequila has a bright citrus and pepper nose. This is followed by flavours of rich agave balanced with spices, delicate wood notes and green veg. It has a refreshing and clean finish. Volcano water is sourced from an artesian well located at Finos Distillery. The water then undergoes reverse osmosis and carbon filteration with silver ions to elimate impurities. It's crafted using 100% blue agave and fermented in stainless steel columns before undergoing double pot distillation. |
