Chairmans Reserve 2005 Vintage Rum is the first vintage release. It's a blend of two rums from the John Dore pot still and the Coffey Column Still. For the first four years of maturation, the rums are kept separate, before being married together by the Cellar Master, Evanius Harris. The rum is then put back into barrels for an additional 10 years of maturation. The result is a flagship rum that's well rounded with balance and style. Great for a unadulterated sipping experience. |
