Conker Spirit Dorset Dry Gin has a bright and lively nose, with a long, complex and well balanced mouthfeel, with very little perceptible alcoholic bite. It's a London Dry gin, copper pot distilled in 60 bottle batches. Juniper, angelica and oris are the back-bone in the classic base of this gin, along with citrus from crisp lime, deep seville orange and corriander. These are combined with the herbacious Dorset notes of elderberries, samphire and foraged gorse flowers. It's all distilled in local water taken from a spring in the New Forest and a neutral base spirit made from British Wheat. This is a gin true to the London dry style with light notes of reminiscent of Dorset. |
