Created from13 different teas including Jasmine, white teas and darjeeling. Copenhagen Organic Sparkling Tea Blue has a highly complex taste, which develops further on the palate. Initially you get delicate aromas of jasmine, followed by a fresh and soft expression, that comes from the white teas, and finishes with a more deep and dusty character, that comes from the darjeeling. All this is complimented by the carefully adjusted bubbles.
The key to creating the perfect Sparkling Tea lies in the careful selection of hand picked teas, the precision during production and the high quality of all ingredients. It is a highly complex process, and therefore only produced in small batches. Up to 13 different teas are thoughtfully selected and combined in one bottle. The teas are brewed under different temperatures and time intervals, to extract the perfect taste. |
