Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is an elegant single malt scotch whisky finished in three different styles of aged Oloroso Sherry casks. It balances nutty flavours with the influence of sweet Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.
Under the watchful eye of the Master Distiller, the spirit is first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to developing the house style flavours of chocolate, orange and spice. The spirit is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry. This 12 year old Dalmore expression is the perfect enhancement to the Dalmore house style.
The resulting whisky is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

Caramelised orange, ginger, and sultanas, laced with honey
Palate:
Dark chocolate and crushed almond, with a dusting of cinnamon
Finish:
Sweet mangoes, panna cotta, and lemon sponge cake
