It is made from only mountainous Chardonnay grapes. It expresses the unparalleled union of Trentino, Italy with the elegance of the Metodo Classico Sparkling wine, typical of this territory.
Colour: Lively straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: Fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe golden apples, white flowers and a delicate frangrance of yeast, that comes from the long bottle ageing.
Taste: Harmonious and balanced, with a delicate ripe fruit flavours and sensations of crusty bread.
