A great golden sipping rum from one of Central America's celebrated producers. It is produced using natural ingredients and distilled five times for clarity and alcohol purity. Flor de Cana Centenario 12 Year Old is distilled in a continuous column still process. It is then rested for 12 years in small American white oak barrels that were previously used for whiskey and bourbon and bottled exclusively in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua. A reddish amber colour. It is semi-sweet, with distinct notes of nougat, almond butter, molasses and cherry.
