Gancia Pinot di Pinot Rose is crafted from a blend of the very best Pinot Grigio, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes. A short maceration period gives the wine an attractive pink colour. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation for 40 days using the Martinotti Method. An attractive floral bouquet with notes of fresh fruit and acacia blossom. A pleasant, fresh and moderately dry taste. Serve lightly chilled, ideally as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
