This expression builds on Herno’s organic gin base, incorporating natural berry and floral elements to create a softer, fruit-led profile. Produced in Sweden using organic botanicals, it maintains the same small-batch copper pot distillation before the addition of flavouring components that give it its distinctive pink hue and aromatic lift. Unlike traditional pink gin styles rooted in bitters, this modern interpretation leans toward red berry character, with juniper playing a supporting rather than dominant role. The result is a lighter, more approachable style that still retains a degree of structure from the underlying gin. It is commonly served with tonic or soda, often with fresh berries as garnish, and works well in simple, refreshing drinks where its colour and fruit profile can be highlighted.
