Hine Domaine de Bonneuil 2006 is not only a single vintage, but also a single estate cognac. Distilled from grapes grown on Hine's Premier Cru Bonneuil vineyards in the Grande Champagne area of Cognac, this is a limited edition release of just 9,500 bottles, and each bears its unique bottle and cask number. Hine's cellar master Eric Forget describes it as generous and suave. On the nose, the aroma evokes apricot, nougat with notes of toasted bread. Hints of lychee awaken further aromas of exotic fruits, honey and roasted peach. |
