A black Darjeeling tea, it is picked from the first flush (the first, and most prestigious of four harvests throughout the year) at the Goomtee Estate in the Himalayan foothills. This exceptional tea is known among tea lovers as the "Champagne of Tea". Distilled with nine other traditional botanicals, this gin is citrus-forward, with aromas of peach, apricot and exotic spices.
