Johnnie Walker Green Label 15 Year Old in the only blended malt whisky to appear in Johnnie Walker's range, comprised primarily of four single malt whiskies and no grain whisky. A honeyed golden colour, rich and fruity aromas. Apple, citrus and a touch of banana, notes of fresh oak, spices and a wisp of smoke. Very full-bodied and round on the palate. Sweet spiced honey to taste, dried fruit, nuts, malt and a little peatiness. A soft finish with just a little sherry character. An outstandingly complex whisky. The four main malts comprising the blend are Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore and Caol Ila, bringing together the unique characters of the Islay, Speyside and Island styles of Scotch whisky. Other secret components bring additional Highland and Lowland elements to the blend. Green Label is one of the most acclaimed whiskies in the Johnnie Walker collection. Although discontinued in 2012, it has been reintroduced unaltered due to exceptional popular demand so that the world may once again enjoy this phenomenal blended malt.
