Description

Description:

Produced in Mexico from 100 percent blue agave, this anejo tequila is aged in oak barrels for an extended period, allowing it to develop a deeper and more structured profile. The aging process brings forward notes from the wood while softening the sharper edges of the distillate, creating a more rounded and integrated spirit. The brand is closely associated with Day of the Dead imagery, reflected in its distinctive skull-shaped bottle, though the liquid itself follows a fairly traditional anejo style. Extended time in cask introduces greater richness and complexity compared to younger expressions, with oak playing a more noticeable role alongside the agave base. It is best suited to sipping neat or over ice, where its balance of agave and oak can be appreciated without dilution.
