KAH Tequila Blanco is initially quite sweet, though this is quickly followed by some peppery spices. Silky and delicate, the spices linger long after the sip. Each of the bottles in the KAH range is inspired by Meso-American "Day of the Dead" traditions. The design of the Blanco is influenced by the macabre Bolivian traditions wherein the actual skulls of loved ones are kept until the celebrations. On the day, the skull is taken to the cemetery to be fed and given cigarettes and tequila. This, they believe, immortalises the dead and protects the living from evil spirits.
