Lemon, lime, and green apple sit at the centre, with a sharp, clean edge that defines the wine from the start. There is little sense of ripeness or weight, everything leans toward freshness and control. Without any softening influence, the acidity plays a central role. It shapes the wine from entry to finish, giving it a straight, almost linear feel. Instead of broadening in the middle, it stays tight and disciplined.
Secondary notes develop more subtly. Light pastry, almond, and a faint chalky character appear with air, but they never dominate. They sit behind the citrus, adding depth without changing the overall direction. Texture is fine but restrained. The mousse is delicate, yet the wine does not become creamy. It remains firm and clean, with a slightly sharper edge than more rounded styles. What stands out is the sense of transparency.
