Licor 43 Baristo Coffee Liqueur is made with Canarian coffee. It has rich flavours of chocolate and dried fruits that blend beautifully with the vanilla, botanical & citrus flavours of the original Licor 43. To extract all the flavours and aromas, the ingredients are either macerated separately or in groups of ingredients, in a blend of water and alcohol. Licor 43 Original rests in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 9 months. The ingredients are then fused in, in their exact proportions, then the liqueur is cooled in a chamber at about -5 Celsius. Finally, micro-filters are used to remove any remaining small particles. This achieves a perfect, smooth finish.
