Ingredients:
30ml Ketel One Vodka
30ml Briottet Blue Curacao
150ml Fever Tree Premium Lemonade
BUILD this cocktail by pouring the blue curacao and the vodka into the glass first. Finish with lemonade. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a slice of lemon.

The son of the Harry from Harry's New York Bar, Paris, Andy MacElhone created this colourful long drink in the 1960's when blue curacao first appeared in a bottle. Andy originally served a Blue Lagoon with fresh lemon juice rather than lemonade. However lemonade has gained in popularity as the ingredient of choice for this cocktail.
