Ingredients:
1 cube Brown Sugar
6ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
25ml Courvoisier VSOP Cognac 70cl
125ml Laurent Perrier La Cuvee Brut NV Champagne 75cl
Pour the aromatic bitters directly on to the sugar cube and drop into a chilled coupe glass. POUR the cognac in first, then top up with champagne.
