Sazerac

Ingredients:
50ml Maker's Mark Bourbon Whisky
2ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2ml White Sugar Cube
20ml Absente Absinthe (55%) + Spoon
10ml Lamb & Watt Soda Water 200ml NRB
Place the sugar cube in the glass and soak with the aromatic bitters. Add a splash of soada water to cover the sugar. Crush the sugar with the back of a bar spoon. Add the bourbon whiskey, STIR and flat the absinthe on top. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.

A cocktail that made its film debut in the James Bond hit "Live and Let Die".
