Ingredients:
Add all the ingredients except the 151 proof rum into a cocktail shaker with ice. SHAKE vigorously. Strain into the highball glass that's filled with dry crushed ice. Float the 151 proof rum on top using a barspoon with a twisted stem. Garnish with an orange and lime slice and a sprig of mint. Add a straw and a stirrer.
This exotic cocktail dates back to 1934, when it was created by Don Beach at Don the Beachcomber restaurant, Hollywood. It was made for a customer suffering from a hangover who reportedly used the words "like a zombie.." when asked how he felt. This is the original recipe... however it has over the years undergone many tranformations as it has travelled across the world, bar to bar.
