The grapes are sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Western Cape, where different soils and microclimates contribute layers of complexity. Each component is vinified separately before spending around six months with oak, adding gentle spice and structure while allowing the ripe berry fruit to remain the star of the wine. The result is a beautifully balanced red with soft tannins, vibrant freshness and broad appeal.
