Background: Apple Icewine is a unique concept, in the ultra premium after dinner wine market. Niege, a Canadian family business was created and is managed by La Face Cachée de la Pomme. The company works in partnership with the major international wine company Boisset family estate, but remains an independent family business. Produced since 1994, it is the first apple icewine to be commercialised in Quebec and internationally. Niege is exported to 25 countries worldwide.
